We live in interesting times and these are the most interesting of all. With the light speed at which the Internet is spreading facts, fiction, the absurd, the bizarre, and even the ridiculous it is hard for us common folk to keep up. I'm not going to spend much of our time here exploring the good and evil of the Internet. However, what could take you a dozen years and hundreds of thousands of dollars to figure out, I will offer to you here so that you can spend your time enjoying life experiences instead of dealing with situations you may be in, or have seemingly been beyond your control up to now. Action is required, that we are sure of.
The reason I'm sending this message out to you is because I went through the very same thing that you are going through. In dealing with it, I took some very, very bad advice. By the time all of the facts became known to me, I had lost businesses worth millions, hit national news networks, had all bank accounts frozen and drained and the "stolen" funds haven't been recovered as of the date of this writing. I have been physically threatened, been ostracized by certain family and friends, been taken to civil court, been listed as a scammer on police information systems, been arrested, had a nationwide warrant issued for my arrest, spent time in jail for one month in remand, and have paid well over $200,000 in legal fees. Worse, the economy has lost millions. Every cent you have paid in taxes, plus four of your most affluent neighbors, have been spent by the authorities just to investigate the allegations against myself and my colleagues. Families have lost money, employees lost their jobs, people with strong motivations turned from faith to belief then to hope and finally, to despair.
This is all due to the actions and the false allegations of critics. I have been to court on these allegations three times, and each time the judge found no proof of any wrongdoings and I was awarded costs each time. I am not suggesting you take that path, there are certainly better paths to follow.
According to my attorneys and lawyers, one out of every ten people is unreasonable. That means if you deal with one thousand people in your business one hundred of those will be unreasonable. So if you have a couple of black spots on your record, and you're dealing with more than twenty people, hats off to you, you're doing a great job.
Now this is a temporary problem, sooner or later our governments will realize the dramatic impact that these critics are having on not only the entrepreneurs who built our great countries, but the staggering effects on economies worldwide. I am talking about a problem that dwarfs teenage pregnancies, suicides, poverty, healthcare, and addictions all combined. In my case alone, it has cost the dreams of over one hundred and fifty families and several businesses plus ALL of your tax contributions for the rest of your life, due to critics.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all in favor of freedom of speech. But freedom of speech comes with some responsibility. Can you imagine the child who falsely blames a sibling of torturous acts and punishment is carried out on the basis of those false claims? When this type of blame enters into it adulthood, something is deeply, internally wrong. It is natural for a child to blame a sibling or even exaggerate circumstances, but when that carries on into adulthood the person is only hurting society and the people that they affect, but in the end themselves.
Although this is a temporary problem, it's not a temporary problem to you or I. We do not have a thousand years to live, and if you have been affected by the critics who only know a small part of any issues they are complaining about, who are not trained as a judge, and who close their ears to substantiating any evidence to the contrary of their allegations, you MUST take action.
Don't listen to any of those people on the Internet, whether it's SEO experts, well-intentioned Internet gurus, or consultants in this field. No matter how they prescribe a solution to the issues that you face, their diagnosis is weak and not coming from a place of experience. They will advise, you will take their advice, and usually the choices are to do nothing or to mask the issues. I took that advice and if you take the same advice, then please reread paragraph two on this page again, because it is in your near or immediate future.
I enjoy my life, and dealing with other people's critics is not a career for me, a vocation, or anything that I'm particularly interested in dealing with on a day-to-day basis. Having said that, there is no reason for good people to go through what I had to go through to get to the bottom of this monstrous problem. I am suggesting if you don't turn the tables on your critics, not for revenge, not for public appearance, but to show that you are going to take a stand against people who want to ruin your business efforts, your family relationships, your friendships and the future people that will enter into your life - then the natural consequences remain the same, see paragraph 2.
I have found the solution to silence the critics. Not only do they not dare to touch me now, even the police organizations won't follow up on people that claim, “You sick people are going to be brought to justice once and for all”. You see, this stuff spreads like the wildwood weed. For those who have had the pleasure of being posted on the ripoff report related to being a scammer, get this; they have contacted me and asked me if I would like to retain their services to better my reputation with them. They want $7,500 to start, $600 per incident, and $149 per month to maintain my reputation. I argued that if they wouldn't have posted anything, there would be nothing to defend. They offered the explanation that if they didn't post us other sites would, such as complaints board etc.
In a sick and twisted way, they are correct. The problem doesn't lie inside the medium that spreads these vicious attacks, but rather the people who initiate them. You can cut the leaves off a dying tree every year for ten years, but until you strike at the root you won't fix the problem.
The choice to do nothing but mask it with positive comments is frankly a joke. You will still feel like a criminal, still feel like people are being cheated by you, and you will still be reminded by your family and friends until the day that they die or you do. The disappointment of a parent going to their grave thinking that one of their sons or daughters is a scammer is a heavy burden (read tragic) to bear, all caused by critics with false or incomplete information.
Have I put the matter to strongly? I think not. You deserve a good life, don't you?
I am going to share with you a solution to absolutely fix what these problems are, how to avoid them in the future, and how to send the critics back to where they belong in the lower echelons of society. But don't use this information for revenge. There is an old Chinese proverb that states, “before you start on the road to revenge, dig two graves”. This is very true, merely present the information and use these strategies in a way that is irrefutable and the critics will have no choice but to cower before you for their mistakes.
